Delivery times are 2-5 working days. Although delays can occur, it is just as likely for items to arrive before the estimated lead-time. 

We aim to be as eco friendly as possible so sometimes when suitable, we pack your order in re-used cardboard boxes. But do not worry - the items inside will be as gorgeous as promised in their description!

Orders sent to non-EU countries may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and will need to be paid locally upon receipt.

We check all products ourselves so all items will be in perfect condition when leaving us. However, things happen on a journey so please ensure that you have inspected your goods thoroughly for any damage when they arrive. If damage has occurred on delivery, please accept our apologies and contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of receipt) via email

to inform us quoting your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage. 


Within the UK, if a claim is accepted, we will arrange an exchange for a new item.

If an order was delivered outside of the UK the cost of returning damaged items is the responsibility of the customer. If the items are large and/or fragile, Zanders and Sons may require that a specialized delivery service is used for delivery and the cost will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit. Once you have contacted us, you must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to return and not use them.Please ensure all items are wrapped securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us. In order to qualify for a refund, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged.

Most of our suppliers guarantee their products, all of our suppliers stand by their quality and in most cases we can help.
